Default Valley (Dust) Devil

This Dust Devil was ~7 miles away from me when I took this shot. A
Dust Devil is a small scale Tornado that generally forms under clear skies.

Given the distance it's a big devil. Big enough to be destructive, I
presume.

At that size they can be hard on "Tin" Tool Sheds but rarely cause
damage beyond that type of structure.
