Default Is another hurricane follows behind Rita?

I saw the satellite map from NOAA today, and noticed that the swirling
clouds which is lurking and located behind Rita is getting bigger and
more menacing. It is now located on the northwest side of the tip
Caribbean islands. I am not trying to make people worry, especially
lots are having their hands full with Rita at the moment. However, will
the one behind Rita become another hurricane? Or will it just disperse
into the northern Atlantic? It looks likely a little bit to the north
of the Rita's path... so perhaps it will turn up and go into the North
Carolina, New York and Canada coast?
Would like to hear some comments about this.
Has this even become a tropical depression yet? NOAA does not even
name, or even list this as anything to worry about. Is NOAA correct
about this?

Yep !

Plenty more where that one comes from ... and the remedy to bring down the
strength of those mighty things exists in La Rochelle, France.
I have discovered it indeed !

Easy to implement, cheap and with very fast results warranted !
.... and as the Great Sandy Desert mines it will appear very easy to find,
once it has been outed of course !

Just like my cure of Cancer, Brain Tumour, AIDS in 5 days flat, arthritis,
Arteriosclerosis in a bit more time etc , just like the demonstration of the
fraudulous theories of Geology such as Glaciations, Orogenesis in millions
of years by alleged plates alleged collisions, Creation of Earth through
Accretion and on present orbit indeed etc, just like the most fraudulous
Theories of Physics such as the Red Shift, the Big Bang, the constant of "c"
through the Universe, the ludicrous E = Mc² idiocies, the Relativities
Schizophrenic dreams etc ... the solution is very simple when taking a bit
of altitude from the gnawing level of Universilities brainwashed Dudes

Still it can NOT be imparted, because of so many US & Australian Mining
Criminals & their Australian Political Criminals Backers standing in ambush
all over the place.
Who knows indeed that by sharing such information, it could in the future
shed that manure from the Hands of Eternal Justice indeed

So you Blokes you can thank those degenerate moron of Howard & Gallop etc,
when you see Rita lashing its whip upon you. You can thank too those manure
of Newmont Miining Corporation, Newcrest, BHP, Boral and all that Australian
Mining Filth when you get the visit of others like her soooon !

With sorry regards

Correct me if I am wrong. I thought Philippe was already dispersed and
gone. The name was not even in the list, just like Nate and Ophelia.
I thought this one is a new one that formed behind Rita?
I check the latest satellite image, and this one may disappear into the
northern Atlantic, and will not posing any threat. Who knows? Water
temperature, current, etc are factors that affect whether a hurricane
will develop.

Another six weeks. There are two depressions in the Atlantic
with potential.

I bet you (JPT) quit taking your Thorazine, again. I admit it does make one
drool a bit, but your mind will work better with a few cc's of Thorazine
running through it. And, they can take off that straight jacket, so you can
freely move your arms, again.
