I thought it was very sporting of Exeter to give the minnows a second
chance. Titter titter.

Will be interesting to see where Tuesday's low goes - 60kt 10m winds in the
(relatively coarse) GFS, UKMet has it dropping around 48mb in 24 hours. I'm
sure Dave Wheeler will have something to report on this one as and when it
happens!

LOL, I think you mean the Cherries superb 2-1 victory don't you Martin
? Rather than the stay of execution for these part timers ? ;-)

An early warning is under consideration, it may be issued today.

Jon.

Superb Jon?! ;-)
We made very heavy weather of it. Thank god the wind dropped just before
kick-off. Kings Park was pretty soggy walking to the game tho.

Indeed.
Had Ferguson not played a weakened side because he thought
he could get away with it, they probably wouldn't be in this embarrassing
situation in the first place.

Serves him right

Well said. But then I can't stand him or the team anyway, too arrogant for
me. To my mind, most teams and managers in the the premiersh** are, but MU
are the worst.

Up the Tigers!

Having said that, Exeter did beat my team (Tamworth) in the Conference
just after Christmas, just after we'd beaten the top two teams in the
league in consecutive matches.

One of these days Tamworth will make it past the 2nd round....
