Hi,

This morning we think we might have had a small earthquake ( here in
Austria) is there anything on-line where you can check?
Thanks

Nigel

The most recent earthquake mentioned on the website of the Austrian ZAMG -
Zentralanstalt für Meteorologie und Geodynamik
http://www.zamg.ac.at/?ts=1252836541 - is one observed on Friday 11th
September near St Moritz in Switzerland
http://www.zamg.ac.at/?ts=1252836541 .

The website has an online form for people to send in reports of earthquakes
felt in Austria http://www.zamg.ac.at/bebenmeldung .

Looking at hat link there were a couple in Crete this morning, but I

It occurs to me that Weatherlawyer should be able to tell from the UK
weather whether or not there has been an earthquake in Austria.

It has occurred to me that a better understanding of how the
atmosphere interferes with some radio frequencies would explain what
Weatherlawyer believes about the ITCZ and the way that large magnitude
earthquakes occur.

Anyone know the storm track point for that mountain in the USA that
get all the windy weather?

Bill Bryson did mention it.

I was wondring what the effect that severe severe weather there wuld
have on the earthquake tables for regions some 80 degrees distant to
the mountain.

And in it Hall goes.
