Cool Stan!

3-4 inches up here in Haytor (7-10cm), higher figure is an estimate for the
open moor. 7cm at home at 310m asl.
Powdery and blowing around.

Travelling by train from Ramsgate (0cm) to Maidstone:

Canterbury: 1cm
Ashford: 1.5cm
Harrietsham: 2cm
Hollingbourne: 3cm

You get the picture. I expect 4-5cm in Maidstone (it gets a lot of
precipitation for some reason).

Tell you when I get there...

20cm level - 6cm fresh snow overnight and this morning

Interestingly (unless I missed them) no weather warning for my neck of
the woods for snowfall, had 4cm between 0730 and 0900hrs alone
