Default Blackmore -7C and sudden low cloud at sunrise

Minimum of -7.0C was reached at 07.50, here.

The day had started brilliantly clear and cloudless. At around 07.45,
a fairly thin low cloud moved in from the north. I say moved in, but
I'm not sure if it was forming in situ or not, and if so what effect
might have produced it - I was driving into East London when one
minute it was perfectly clear, and the next cloudy - I had a good view
to the SW and it seemed to be everywhere. Looking at the records
here, its formation corresponded to the min temp (or it stopped the
temps going lower still); it's still there and moving surprising fast
across the sky, but with more gaps now in the overall sheet.

Still - 4.1C (09.25 hrs)

Same in Chelmsford with that low cloud, although it's broken up a bit
now and the sun has popped out. I think it is some of the remnents of
those snow showers from Norfolk/Suffolk.
