Default s.e outlook updated, snow not rain for saturday

Outlook for Thursday to Saturday:
Staying very cold with further snow flurries on Thursday but becoming
generally dry and brighter with lighter winds on Friday. Breezy again on
Saturday with some sleet or snow.
