Well that first blob was just to the south of me I reckon Tudor and Ian Currie will get a covering I see Stansted and Wattisham are reporting light snow and Norwich light snow showers. Seems the radar isn't picking it up too well. -- Graham Davis, Bracknell It was raining cats and dogs and I fell in a poodle. [Chic Murray(1919-1985)] |

As a lucky bugger across the estuary from you all I can say is ...... missed
me !!!! but from the radar it looks like Tunbridge Wells and Crawley are getting it at the mo. About 15cm of the white stuff here now and it has been fine fluffy flakes (scientific I know!) and snow pellets off and on all day to give about 5cm. The wind whipping up the loose snow has given the impression of more snowfall than there actually has been. [Snip] http://www.meteox.com/h.aspx?r=&jaar=-3&soort=satradar http://www.meteogroup.co.uk/uk/home/...r/belgium.html Signs of precipitation developing over Belgium now... Keith (Southend) http://www.southendweather.net "Weather Home & Abroad" Keith Out of lurking mode !!!! Hello again. I am a little concerned that we may just miss this one here in Southend. It appears to me those lucky buggers across the estuary will get this one. Any thoughts? Mark Chamberlain Thorpe Bay seafront |

The level depth here is about 27 cm and more is coming down, fairly lightly but with larger flakes than the main dump on Tuesday. Tudor Hughes, Warlingham, NE Surrey, 556 ft. |
