Default PB hints at a Mild Winter

http://www.rutnet.co.uk/pp/gold/view...ype=Page&ID=22

A high pressure area over France will slip away only slowly east.
Vigorous low pressure areas will move northeast from Newfoundland into
western Greenland while more deep lows plunge southeast from the Arctic
into Russia with temperatures falling quickly in those parts. Signals
are emerging to indicate a mild, wet winter – but these are weak and
best totally ignored at this early stage.
