Okay I accept I get up most people noses I don't mean to and yes I do go off topic . I'm guilty of everything laid at my feet.
But for christs sakes the rest of you let it go. I agree to make no more contoversial posts Now come on we are on the cusp of autumn , my favorourite season a time of mellowness. I always love this time of year as we are heading towards winter. If I may go slightly off topic I've been busy all day modifying some Lowther twin acousta Horn speakers for those who still partake in the hobby of Hi Fi. Now all off you stop squabbling and I'll try not to irritate people so. I'll stick purely to the weather. |

And in that statement it should be "Christ's" with an apostrophe. controversial? favourite? Spell chequers r available. jim, Northampton |

I've seen more abuse from you in the past week than I've seen from Lawrence in the past five years. That doesn't make me a supporter of Lawrence, before you claim that. I think that he talks nonsense a lot of the time. But your current sustained campaign of vilifying him is wearing very thin. -- John Hall "The beatings will continue until morale improves." So I only returned the sentiments shown to me Your second selective example is me responding to Taliban Terry Tibbs who responded to my perfectly innocent post about queuing systems when phoning utilities He said this to me totally out of the blue and the context of the conversation "****ing chav youll be running with your tail between your so called balls again soon " So again you seemed to have taken what's always been me just retaliating totally out of context. Now the third fail In a thread where I linked a presentation by Richard Lindzen it wasn't long before the abuse by Dawlish began it stated with this "I think the only reply those rants deserve is "whatever". *)) I wonder what it is like to have your head permanently up your own backside - the position," In this thread it was all good humoured banter and the quote you made was said in a fictitious scenario and was meant to be totally humorous As for the last evidence of me being so called nasty. Well I've been through that thread and couldn't find the words that you have more then likely quoted me saying out of context. The thread itself started with me telling a joke and mentioning Joe *******i and a possible cold spell and that started an avalanche of bile towards Joe *******i which I thought was very unfair and said so.However the bulk of the thread was heated at its worst. To be honest I I've only just been able to read some of the things said about me on a personal level as although my two main rants are UKMO and AGW and that immediately makes me a bad person. I never ever attack anyone personally and very rarely I retaliate with the language used against me All the so called use of the word **** that you've so eagerly quoted is totally out of context and is really disgraceful. I don't expect anyone to be interested or bothered to check the said threads themselves and see how distorted your version is. I say to you Joe P that you are a damn liar and have deliberately taken lines and words out of context to paint me in a very poor light because you do not agree with my views and comments. You know you had me doubting my own sanity but now I've checked those four examples of trying to show how bad I am I can see all but one the threads were light hearted and jokey until I was personally insulted. One example you've quoted is a fictitious story where characters were insulting characters. The last thread about Joe *******i and another possible cold spell was started by me with a joke and that point , everyone jumped on the anti Joe Bandwagon possibly because he poo pooes AGW and that thread got a little tetchy but NO personal insults. I've never set out to insult or hurt anyone and will only respond likewise if provoked You've totally manipulated and twisted things I've said and that is lying Joe |
