Here in Wembury 1800 22 Sep to 1800 24 Sep Total rain 50.3 mm. Perhaps posters can use this thread to post their totals for this event at their location. Rather than arbitrary 24 hr totals. Mind you for us it may only be half an event, as the low pressure returns south and gives us another soaking late tomorrow into Wednesday. UKMO said we were likely to have totals of 60 mm, which I am sure occurred at some locations. So well done them. Len Wood Wembury, SW Devon, 83 m asl 26.1mm here at Maldon, Essex. From Sunday 23rd 11Z to Monday 24th 15Z. Colin |

Len Wood Wembury, SW Devon, 83 m asl The vast majority of rain actually fell conveniently within that arbitary 0900-0900Z period in Romsey with a total of 28.2mm. The overall total thus far in association with this depression is 'only' 34.8mm which includes 2.6mm falling in showers today. Nigel (Romsey, Hampshire) |
