Are you seriously suggesting based on your recent posts and the title of this one that this is a serious thread. Are you moving into comedy?

Jeremy has always been an idiot.

Care to elaborate or is that the level of this NG now, we just call people idiots?

Personal observation (from afar) over more than 30 years. He's an MP who
appears to have little to show from his political career - I should say
that he may well be an excellent constituency MP, fighting tirelessly
for his constituents, who still seem to vote for him.

Although he is a Labour MP, he frequently ignores his party whip and
votes as he likes - which can be an admirable trait, but generally
indicates someone who is out of step.

The WEF seems to be full of followers of that great Scottish economist, Adam
Smith, who advocated Free Trade. Interestingly he wrote:

"People of the same trade seldom meet together, even for merriment and
diversion, but the conversation ends in a conspiracy against the public, or
in some contrivance to raise prices."

Could be, but not in this case.

You can check his voting record he

http://www.publicwhip.org.uk/mp.php?id=uk.org.publicwhip/member/1655&showall=yes

Since the start of the 1997 Parliament he has voted against the Labour
whip 533 times.
