Cloudy at first, but brighter from mid-morning with decreasing cloud and sunshine. Sunny springlike afternoon, with just small amounts of shallow convective cloud. Exceptionally mild once again, despite a brisk and gusty SSW wind. 17.9°C maximum at Uccle is another date record, for the third day in a row. Previous warmest 23rd February was in 1990 with 16.3°C maximum.
