Good afternoon, all
Most of Holland enjoyed a marvellous spring-like day! Temperature has never been so high in February (since recording) 15.7 C at the Bilt. At my site 15.5 C. The old De Bilt record was 15.5 C (February 2nd 2002). Wijke SE Flevopolder The Netherlands |

How far back does the De Bilt record go? I think there is one that goes way back - is it that one? Peter "Wijke" wrote in message ... Peter, the records of the "De Bilt" site go back to 1897. The KNMI is founded on January 31 1854, but its first domicile was at the Observatory in the centre of Utrecht. Of course as instruments change during the years you can't simply compare data. But that's a problem all Meteorological Institutes have to face. Wijke |

Devon. I recorded 17.9 in Gillingham at the same time. My Oregon Scientific is currently showing 18.1 Shaun Pudwell. "Wijke" wrote in message ... "Adam Lea" schreef in bericht ...
