Sad news indeed. Scarborough's North Bay and Marine Drive are very
dangerous places when a high sea is running, in spite of recent
improvements to the sea defences. I was brought up in the town - the
power of the sea is awesome at times.

at high tide not to mention cold winds.
I suppose nothing ever changes, these idiots always play silly and dangerous
games at the expence of the taxpayer and charity giver.
