The dense fog of earlier has lifted, but still very misty and with a light breeze and temp of 7.2c it's decidedly chilly. It's not just the East coast either. Still cloudy here, despite for a couple of hours looking as if it might break up. Current temp is 11.7C. Yesterday the cloud had pretty much gone by 9.30. Col Hi Col, Still cloudy here at Chester but it is trying to brighten. The sunny weather is tantalisingly close with the A55 webcams showing sunny skies about 6 miles down the road. http://www.nwales-traffic.co.uk/engl...asp?camera=214 Regards, Rob Chester, UK http://www.west-cheshire.ac.uk/weather Take cat out before emailing |

Hi David
Similar story here, not surprising given the SST's of 4 to 6 deg C to your east and south east and even lower at the Danish coast. Yeaterday the murk cleared about 1300, and the rest of the day was cloudless, but the max was only 15. Was expecting 17 or 18 from this spell, thought 20 was pushing it a bit. Edmund sun coming out-now (1548). Maybe there's still time |
