I hate to say this but notwithstanding POtocatypetle and a few others
and some M6 quakes too, the phases point to a settled period of stormy
weather:

JULY 13 19 21 =7:21 pm.
JULY 21 7 01
JULY 29 6 53
AUG. 5 7 28
AUG. 12 4 48. This should bring fine at last or if it continues wet
there will be a faily large quake soon after the 27th Aug. But if that
is wet too expect a real disaster early in September.
