Joe *******i is very well respected, and yes, he does use jargon, but keep
reading his daily reports as they are captivating and so far I have found
him to be very accurate in his longer term predictions.
This may be due to the fact that he views the bigger picture and thats
really what counts in meteorology.
We all know that weather is only ever local to ourselves and how it affects
our everyday lives, but it is driven 90% of the time by what happens
somewhere else. and this is what Joe appears to specialize in.

Possibly. It would be easier to tell if only he could learn to write in
English rather than in almost impenetrable (at least to me) jargon.
