I don't necessarily think he is difficult to understand because he uses a
lot of jargon. I think part of the problem is due to the fact that he has
all these ideas that he rushes to get down in print. I might be wrong but I
feel that he wakes up, switches his brain on and out pours all his ideas for
the day without any input of legible sentence construction.

Yes, that was really what I had in mind, but I didn't put it very well.
"Jargon" wasn't really the right term for me to use.
