Isn't that rather a frivolous comment? Only by painstakingly recording and
now reproducing the forecasts can they be assessed, something that nearly all
of us, including me, cannot be bothered to do. I would have said this whether
or not the forecast had been correct, or, as has turned out, completely wrong.
