Met Office customer services
Why is it that Met Office customer services can't answer a simple
straight question? I sent them an email asking why on their webpages the
weather radar coverage doesn't include the Channels Isles, even though
there's a radar there (as seen on the tv broadcasts).
After 3 days, this was the reply I had:

forward receiving the remaining details.
