As I understand it, Francis Wilson of Sky news Weather has won many
'gongs' for best weather presenter and for content/detail - 6.5m homes
have sky TV installed .In many ways, its a sad reflection of TV in
this country when the most talked about TV progs' are on state owned
Radio/TV channels (I didn't say state run, but many a politician has
tried to influence those channels)
The trouble with Francis Wilson is that he is so laid back that it is
difficult to stay awake through to the end of his broadcast.
But never the less, the guy knows his stuff
And of course, not everyone in the country has satellite TV. My 84 year old
mother in law for example doesn't - I am quite sure she would want to make
an informed vote in this poll, but sadly would feel unable to do so being
limited to a knowledge of terrestrial broadcasters only.

6,500,000 homes have sky installed so it should not be limited to
BBC/ITV/C4/C5 .Anyway, I expect a BBC person to get the largest
number of votes, whether it's for the right reason or not we will see
- of course it will help some if they are female, very attractive, a
full pair of t*ts all compacted into a nice bodyshell - you can see
that from some of the postings
