Currently snowing quite heavily at times. Cover of about 3-4 cm and
lying.
Cant give a temp though. I'm working today so cant enjoy it, doh!
Probably will be gone by the time I'm leaving work.
The snow appears to be about 30 miles west of here. In Coleraine it is
8/8
cloud and temp is -1.7C.
Mike,
Any estimation as to how long we can expect this to last for. It seems to
be coming in from directly west and I expect it will eventually turn to
rain. I had just built a new sledge the other day using an old set of ski's
from ebay. Wont even be able to test it today. Damn!!
I'd guess it will turn briefly to rain before ceasing. The back edge isn't
far away from you now, so I doubt it will last much longer. Winds are
light and the upper air isn't much milder, so you may well get home to a
cover.
