Midnight to midnight Paul. It's the way I began in 1993. I just missed out
on an ice-day yesterday, for 9 minutes the temp' was above zero.
With the temp currently -7.8°C I'm certain this will be an ice-day, even if
I did jump the gun a little early.
I also have 9am ob's stretching back to the start also. Easier nowadays with
an AWS. But for max', min's and rainfall it's always been 00z for me. Saves
date confusion I think.

take the reading. This appears to happen on several occassions, making a
mockery of some of the data, but it has to comply with regulations
Air Min was -6.4c and Grass Min -9.2c
