Default [WR] South London

Down in the south east corner of kent we had some heavy snow about
1900-1930z giving a moderate covering although its melted on the roads
already

Moderate snow falling - starting to cover road and pavements.

There does now seem to be an area of snow moving in across the SE - as
forecast this morning - (but the MetO went offf the idea a bit at the
lunch time teleconference)
