In the SYNOP code gusts are entered as 911xx where xx is the gust
in knots. Bridlington's 06Z SYNOP had 91199 ... the observer may have
left in a default group by accident (99 is often used as a default) or just
possibly he/she thought it meant 'not available'. Anyway, 99 knots
converts to 114 mph ... hence the error.
