It hasn't amounted to much but the hype was good
just been out for a walk (22.30 hrs) - there are sparklingly frosty paths
and roads, which really *crunch* underfoot, fields white with snow under
the full moon (with bow), and practically no breeze. All-in-all, it's a
traditional winter's night here. It does me good to see it again.

Exactly what I've been saying - we need a decent frost1 I think a few of us
may be pleasantly surprised in the morning.
