Yes, that is, I think, the lowest of the month so far. Very few Februarys
pass by without a minimum below -10ºC somewhere in the UK, even
in the present mild era.

The 21-09 reports revealed -10.2ºC at Altnaharra (presumably,
therefore, having occurred between 06 and 09z).
