Default unexpected snowfall
PA WeatherCentre are clearly being extremely magnanimous, not
rubbing salt into this one ... their media forecasts issued mid-morning
yesterday included sleet at low levels and snow over higher ground

This is the second time they have predicted differently from the Met Office
and have been right.

As my post said (12/1) accuracy seems much better then the Met Office.
