Default Another near freezing rain scenario!
Joe,

I believe 'Near Feezing Rain' is a meteorological term for either rain or
snow - its too difficult to predict. Not 'Freezing rain' as in
precipitation.

Mind you its a long time since I did my Met module on the ATC course!
