Default Water shortages

Something which everyone on this planet should be able to do.

Just looking ahead a bit and quite honestly I cannot see much chance of
substantial rainfall this Spring. The pattern is still essentially blocked with
high pressure predicted to remain close to UK for next couple of weeks (after a
brief spell of rain/sleet/snow early this week) and at this time of year zonal
flows are not exactly normal anyway. I fear that parts of England, particularly
the SE, are going to have serious problems with water this year.

Blazing sun and 0.5 deg C on the Dartmoor tundra at 0900 26/2/05 :-)

Will.
