"Snow fatigued" - I'd never thought I'd hear that any time soon! But,
yes, all this snow is starting to get a bit boring (although quite a
few of my friends keep pestering my for more!).

No stamina, the youth of today. You should have tried living through
1962-3.

Where would I find photographs of the 62 / 63 winter? My late father was
involved in one of the first helicopter rescues in Aberdeenshire - he was
stranded in a remote distillery managers house for 3 days :-)

I have a few links here, on right hand side of page, but not that area
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/gesc_b/Pages/wwwlinks.htm
A Google images search should show quite a few. Just a case of keeping up
with new links and those which are dead or changed

All the best

Thanks, George - much appreciated - an e-mail to my local paper might
work - if I get linked to any photo's I'll let you know.
