Default Snow - But not settling

Near enough. In fact that's a good description of where Dave
Liquorice lives!

I guess so, even the tops of the grass tussucks have disappeared under
the blanket of white now. Though the shots you see on TV of lazily
winding streams across arctic snow fields belie their true nature.

Spin drift isn't very nice, it's not to bad in a F4 but ramp that up
to F6 or above and it hurts, partly from the impact of small hard,
sharp, particles but also from the wind chill as you get soaked. Temp
just below 0C with an F6 produces -15 to -20 or lower wind chill.

The damn stuff will also penetrate the tiniest hole, see the last
photo on the 24th Feb on my site. Previous winters I've taken more
than half a dozen buckets full of snow out of the roof space... (Hum,
I should go and check but we have had the roofs stripped and relined
since then).
