Currently 5.5C at 16:00. There appears to be enough warmth in the sun now,
even with a cold northerly to raise the temperature significantly, maybe
your higher altitude and 'relative' proximity to the North Sea & the
Continent keep the temperatures suppressed under these conditions.

Worcester must be a warm place! Since 1989 there have been 12
maxima here below 4.2°C in March. There were 3 in 1993, 2 in 1996, 2
in 1999 and 5 in 2001. There were a whole lot more in 1987 as well.
Today's max so far is 1.9°C, with sunny intervals and occasional very
light snow flurries.
