RMK: 1 cm of snow on the grass from yesterday evening's fall.
Roads clear and dry.

RMK: A proper snow shower (as opposed to flurries) during
the past 5 minutes. Frozen snow still lying in the
shade but mostly melted where the sun has got at it.

RMK: Frozen snow from yesterday evening's fall has persisted
in the shade all day, thanks to the low wet bulb
temperature.
