drove up the hill outside our house the other day in hard packed snow and ice
and nobody warned me. I even went to do a bit of sightseeing on snowy roads

nobody warned me of the dangers. And then the other day I walked 1400 feet up

on
the open moor in driving snow with less than 100m visibility and the

temperature
well below freezing but nobody told me it was dangerous and that I shouldn't
have done it. Why wasn't I warned ? :-)
