Default [WR] Whistlefield, Saturday, 5.03.2005.

Almost a blazing blue sky day, again. The low RHs combined with the
cold, strong breeze are a bit worrying. I've seen new buds 'burnt' by
this combination with a consequential effect on growth.

Old snow lying in gullies above c.600 metres with continuous cover
above c.1000 metres..

At 10:30 :-

3/8 Cs/Cu.

Temperature 7.3°C rising from a low of 2.2°C at 05:45.

Dew point 1.6°C

RH 67%

Wind 10 mph, gusting to 23 mph, NNW. Max gust 26 mph, NNW, at 10:30.

Barometer 1015.8 mb, rising from a low of 1014.3 at 07:30.

Precipitation since midnight 0.0 mm.
