As neither this kindly approach, nor my rather more vulgar 'see how it
feels' approach yesterday will have the desired effect, I have taken the
advice offered elsewhere in this thread and added some more names to my
killfile.

To those good and sensible members of this group (i.e. those not
resident in my killfile) I would like to say that if my approach
yesterday caused offence to any of you then I am sorry.
(I suppose that different people react differently when frustrated,
particularly when some of the produce of Puglia is involved.)
