fine morning.

RMK: Sight dusting of granular snow on grass. Patchy on hard
surfaces.

RMK: After a fine sunny start to the day cloud rolled in
shortly after 0900z. Since then it has been cloudy with a
raw wind. The temperature is very reluctant to rise.

RMK: The cloud is thinning and looks as if it might break up later.
It's a noticeably colder day than yesterday (max 3.8 today
