0900 WNW F2 15km - 7/SC T015D-001
RMK: Near-overcast Sc: just a few gaps through which blue sky can be
seen. Much thicker than yesterday's Sc sheets. Hard surfaces dry, soil
surfaces losing moisture.

screen min:-01.6 grass min:-04.0 precipitation: NIL
other data: Must have been some significant breaks in the cloud
overnight to allow the sharp frost above - but resolutely OVC now. ]=
