According to the R4 newspaper review this morning, it's the same one whose
total collective intellect was, several years ago, too thick to realise that
ice crystals at 0C, ie melting point, behave differently to ice crystals at
temps several degrees below their melting point! Put another way, the one
with the famous page no.
