over Northern Greenland, with another high (1020mb) lying over the
Med. Winds across the country are moderate northwesterlies in the
north, lighter westerlies elsewhere. Most areas will be rather cold
with sunshine and wintry showers, generally dying out later.
Temperatures will be close to or just below normal. Beyond this
conditions turn milder from the west as Atlantic systems begin to move
in bringing very unsettled weather by next week.

the country are mostly light to moderate northwesterlies, lightest in
the south. Most parts will see a mixture of sunshine and wintry
showers, with most of the showers dying out later. 850hpa temperatures
range from -7C in the north and east to -3C in the southwest. Forecast
2m temperatures range from -1C in the north to +6C in the southwest.
Beyond this conditions turn milder from the southwest as low pressure
moves in closer from the Atlantic bringing unsettled conditions with
it.

pressure (1035mb) lies over Greenland and ridges south into the
Atlantic. Winds across the country are mainly moderate to fresh
north/northwesterlies. Many areas will see a mix of sunshine and sleet
or snow showers, especially in the north and east. Temperatures will
be below normal.

Summary:
Tonight models continue to show a return to milder conditions over the
weekend with most areas then rather mild, unsettled and windy next
week.
