RMK: Out of fog limits ~0635Z - rapidly up to at least 4km.=

RMK: I have to be honest and say I'm not sure if the main cloud is
thin/high Altostratus or very thick/low base Cs - decided on the latter
from the character of the sun shining through it, but no halo seen:
suspect a lot of thick Cirrus on top of this layer.
