RMK: The fog is as thick as any I have seen all winter.
No frost or ice.

RMK: Fog evaporated very rapidly around 0700z. It's now
a very fine sunny morning.

RMK: Cu looks to have developed out of lifted fog. Development
is quite shallow so far.
