I went up to the hills of downtown Athens when it got dark on Sunday in
case I could take some pictures in reddish light but alas, the
atmosphere was clearing away. Monday was remarkably clear and visibility
today was virtually brilliant too, limited only by the capabilitiy of
human eyes; the Argosaronic isles and even the snowy mountains of the
Peloponnese were visible from SE Athens (to my southwest).

Ski resorts on continental Greece got some fresh snow through Monday,
while snow levels reached about 900m again in the northwest of the
country. Tuesday was more settled around Greece, while more
thunderstorms are expected mainly as of Thursday.
