Area of cloud and rain over the Channel moving into southern England.
Mostly sunny from Wales and the Midlands northwards. Still patches of
North Sea cloud near parts of the coast of eastern Scotland and NE England.
Belgium has become cloudy from the south but the Netherlands is much
brighter - with the north almost clear.
