Funny you should mention that Alastair - I was just checking the charts
this morning and thought - my goodness what a marked deterioration in
the concentration.

Though strangely the overall size doesn't seem hugely different, but it
is the concentration indices which seem way different. I don't suppose
that a bit like crime statistics etc. there has been any improvement in
the monitoring so that say from the last couple of years there is a more
accurate picture?

Just a thought - otherwise come the end of the Summer perhaps there will
be an NE passage open as well as an NW one?
