Thanks Howard - still a possibility later today, but it is turning out
exactly as I predicted for the S. West - troughs pull the wind round to
the west, draw in the warm air off the sea which has higher than average
temperatures, and this is what we get! There might just be a sting in
the tail - but not much tail left - we didn't even get a frost here last
night - current temperature approaching 4 degrees now!
