Default METARS: What do RED WHT GRN mean?

I believe BLACK covers things such as very strong cross-wind, iced-up or
snowbound runways or crash on runway......

Interesting!

What does RED mean guys? A couple of other METARS had WHT or GRN at
the end, that too?

Thanks guys, I needed to know FAST!

I've got it now.

Neighbours and family were MOST impressed when I phoned them an hour
before the snow TS arrived, with precise details of what would happen
and when

lol! Same here when I told a friend in South London that it was about to
snow there.... 5 mins later and it did!
