It looks like you are subject to some pimpled oik sending or trying to
send a DDOS. Quite illegal. I'd check with one of the asap webring
security forums and ask their advice. Maybe even get legal advice from
uk.legal.moderated.

I never, or very rarely get Spam. I am using BT Openworld, broadband.

You're lucky to get anything with Big Winkers. Why not do a write up to
a
computer magazine or some such that you are able to get on line with the
taussers? I'm sure others will be amazed.

And then you will get a lot of e-mail.
